• PSPC hangar in Inuvik “penciled in” (NRC)
• Scouting trip in summer 2025
• Potential campaign dates: January 8 to 28, 2026.  January 7 and 29 are travel dates.
• Pre-campaign arrival to unpack and prep instruments (~3 from ECCC/NRC on Jan 5)
• Inuvik flights and hotel
• Everyone must book their own commercial flights.
• Hotels: will book group rate; NOTE: need confirmed # of on-site personnel
• Over 33 personnel (ECCC, NRC, and Universities) expected on-site.
• University personnel on-site:
• Ground-based site: instrument operations and analyses
• Grow expertise (HQP) and analysis capabilities
• ECCC weather forecast model support and deployment of ECCC’s experimental 1-km
  high-resolution model covering the region
• Arctic gear required by all
